For employers abroad
We’re getting ready to recruit people in India for employers abroad: finding and screening candidates, checking their documents, briefing them before they travel and staying in touch after they arrive. Indian law says only recruiting agents registered with the Ministry of External Affairs can recruit for jobs abroad, so we’ll start once we hold that registration. In the meantime, we’d be glad to hear what you need.
What we do for you
We find and screen candidates in India
We look for people who suit the jobs you need to fill, check their skills and experience against what you need and what your country’s rules ask, and only put forward the ones who fit.
We check documents
We check each candidate’s documents before their file reaches you, and help them get ready what your country’s work permit and visa need from their side.
We brief every worker before they travel
Before they leave India, every worker sits down with us to go through the contract, their rights and duties at work, and daily life in your country.
We stay in touch after arrival
We keep in touch with every worker after they land and through the first weeks, so small problems get raised early, before they grow.
Lawful under India’s rules
India’s Emigration Act 1983 allows only recruiting agents registered with the Ministry of External Affairs to recruit people in India for jobs abroad. We’ll show our registration number here the day the Ministry issues it, and not before.
We work without sub-agents, which India’s Emigration Rules forbid, and we advertise a job only when we hold the employer’s demand letter and power of attorney. Every worker sees the job, the pay and the contract terms in writing before they decide.
How working with us goes
You tell us what you need
The jobs, the skills and experience they need, the pay and the contract terms.
You give us a demand letter and power of attorney
The documents that let a recruiting agent in India recruit for you. India’s rules require us to keep them, and we advertise a job only when we hold both.
We find and screen candidates
Only people who fit the job and the destination country’s rules reach you, with their documents checked.
You interview and choose
You decide whom to hire. Each candidate sees the job, the pay and the contract terms in writing before they decide.
Work permit and visa
In most countries you, the employer, apply for the work permit first. The worker then applies for the visa. The destination country decides both.
Travel, arrival and the first weeks
We brief each worker before they leave, arrange their travel with you, and stay in touch after they arrive.

What we will not do
- Promise you a number of workers or a start date. Candidates choose for themselves, and the destination country decides every permit and visa.
- Send anyone to work on a tourist, visit or Schengen short-stay visa.
- Use sub-agents, or pay anyone to bring us candidates.
- Name you or your company on this website without your written agreement.
The countries we cover today are Poland, Latvia, Romania, Croatia, Slovakia, Czechia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Hungary, Japan and Russia. Each has its own page with the official rules for hiring from India. Compare the countries
Questions from employers
Can you recruit workers from India for my company?
Not yet. Under India’s Emigration Act 1983, only recruiting agents registered with the Ministry of External Affairs can recruit people in India for jobs abroad. We’ll start as soon as we hold that registration, and we’re glad to talk about what you need now.
What do you need from us before you can recruit?
A demand letter and a power of attorney. India’s rules require a recruiting agent to hold both, and we advertise a job only when we do.
Who applies for the work permit, the employer or the worker?
It depends on the country and the route. The table on this page shows who applies for the usual route in each country we cover, and each country page has the steps from official sources.
Do you use sub-agents?
No. India’s Emigration Rules forbid sub-agents, and we do not pay anyone to bring us candidates.

Can workers come on a tourist or Schengen visa and start work?
No. We never send anyone to work on a tourist, visit or Schengen short-stay visa. Each worker travels on the work permit and visa your country requires.
