You can complain to us, and you can always go straight to the Government of India. You do not need our permission to do either.

Write “Complaint” in the subject and quote your reference (MM-…) if you have one. Complaints about your personal data go to the same address. If you would rather not deal with us, the Government of India helpline below is free and open around the clock.
Government of India help for emigrants
- Pravasi Bharatiya Sahayata Kendra (PBSK): 1800 11 3090 (toll-free, 24x7), +91 11 2688 5021 from abroad, [email protected], WhatsApp +91 74283 21144.
- MADAD, for consular help when you are abroad: madad.gov.in.
- eMigrate takes grievances for jobs in ECR countries: emigrate.gov.in.
- The Protector of Emigrants for your area, who oversees recruiting agents.
- The police, if someone recruiting you has no registration.
