How it works

A work permit is a decision between you, an employer and a government. Here is each step, who takes it, and our part.

The steps

  1. You check your profile

The eligibility check gives you a result and the reasons straight away. If you want, a consultant reviews it and contacts you in your language.

  2. A consultant reviews it with you

We tell you plainly whether a route is realistic now, which country fits, and what would change it. If nothing fits, we say so.

  3. An employer hires you

When an employer we work with is hiring for your occupation, we put your profile forward. You see the employer, the job, the pay and the contract terms in writing before you decide.

  4. The employer applies for your permit

In most destinations the employer files first, in its own country. We check the details match your contract.

  5. You apply for the visa

You apply in person at the embassy or its visa centre. We help you prepare a complete, honest file. We cannot book or speed up appointments.

  6. The destination country decides

Only the destination authorities decide. We tell you the official decision time where one is published.

  7. You travel and start work

You sign your contract in a language you understand, register, and start. We stay in touch.

What we will never do

  • Promise a job, a visa, a work permit, a salary or a date. The destination country decides.
  • Publish a vacancy without the employer’s demand letter and power of attorney on file.
  • Ask you to travel on a tourist, visit or Schengen visa to work.
  • Claim we can get, book or speed up an embassy appointment or decision.
  • Take cash, or ask you to pay into a personal account.
  • Ask for passport copies or documents on WhatsApp, email or chat.
  • Advise you on your current visa abroad. We refer you to a licensed adviser where you live.
  • Use sub-agents or pay anyone to refer candidates to us. Indian law does not allow sub-agents.
  • Pressure you with countdowns, “last slots” or fake demand.

Your documents and data

If you become our candidate, you upload documents to your own private account, never by chat. Only our team sees them, and we share them with an employer or authority only for a job you have accepted. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, except recruitment records the Emigration Rules require us to keep. Privacy notice

Our AI assistant

The “Ask Meridian” chat is an AI assistant. It answers from the official sources on this site, says when it does not know, and hands you to a person whenever you ask. It never quotes our charges or promises outcomes.

Our charges

A team member gives you our charge in writing before you pay anything. We accept payment only by bank transfer, UPI or bank draft, with a receipt.
