Meridian Migration is an India-based company that helps qualified candidates apply for work visas abroad. Questions about your data go to [email protected].

• When you send the eligibility check or a contact form: your name, phone, email, how and in which language to contact you, the country you live in and your visa status, nationality, occupation, qualification, years of experience, language level, the countries you are interested in, whether you have a passport, your ECR or ECNR category if you are Indian, your timeline and your message. We never ask for your passport number or documents on these forms.
• If you only look at your eligibility result: your answers stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
• When you use the chat: your messages go to our AI assistant to answer you. This website does not store them.
• Analytics: anonymous events such as page views and how many people finished the check, without cookies and without your name, phone or email.
• If you become our candidate: the documents you upload to your private account, with your separate consent.

1. To reply to you and check whether lawful work in the countries you chose fits your profile.
2. If you then decide to become our candidate, to look for suitable employers and prepare your application.
3. If you ticked the separate box, to email you updates on work-permit rules for the countries you chose.

Our team and our AI assistant, Hermes. We share your details with an employer only after you agree to a specific job. We use service providers to run this website and our systems: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and document storage), Resend (email), Cloudflare (bot protection), PostHog (anonymous analytics), Sentry (error reports, without your form details) and our own server for the AI assistant.

• Enquiries and eligibility checks that do not lead to recruitment: 12 months after our last contact, then deleted. We email you 48 hours before.
• If you become our candidate: the recruitment records the Emigration Rules require us to keep.
• System logs: one year, and they never contain your form details.
• Update emails: until you unsubscribe.

You can withdraw your consent, or ask to see, correct or delete your details, at any time: write to [email protected], quoting your reference if you have one. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, and every update email has an unsubscribe link. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Our services are for adults. The forms ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older.

Data travels encrypted. Documents are kept only in a private storage area that only you and our team can open. Access is logged. If a breach affects you, we will tell you without delay.
