Delete your Kin Beyond account

You can delete your account yourself in the app, in a few taps. If you no longer have the app, request deletion here and we do it for you after checking the email matches the account.

In the app

Open Settings, choose “Delete account” and confirm. It takes effect at once.

What is deleted, and what we must keep

  • Deleted at once: your documents (passport, certificates) and their files, your consents (withdrawn), your profile, notifications and device registrations.
  • Enquiries you sent before becoming a candidate are anonymised: the record keeps the reference and dates but no name, phone, email or message.
  • If you became our candidate (a written quote was issued or a payment made), the Emigration Rules, 1983 require us to keep the recruitment record: the application, the quote and the payment history with receipts. We keep nothing else, and we do not contact you for marketing. The app tells you when this applies.
  • The sign-in itself (your email or phone in our authentication system) is removed with the account unless the recruitment record must be kept.

The full rules are in the privacy notice. Complaints about your data: how to complain.

Request deletion without the app

Use this form, or email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Kin Beyond account” from the address you used in the app.

How we use your details

Kin Beyond will use what you enter here: your name, phone, email, how and in which language to contact you, the country you live in and your visa status, nationality, occupation, qualification, years of experience, English level, the countries you are interested in, whether you have a passport, your ECR/ECNR passport category if you are Indian, your timeline and your message.

We use them to: 1. reply to you and check whether lawful work in the countries you chose fits your profile; 2. if you then decide to become our candidate, look for suitable employers and prepare your application.

Our team and our AI assistant, Hermes, will see these details. We share them with an employer only after you agree to a specific job. We keep enquiry details for 12 months after our last contact and then delete them; we will email you 48 hours before. If you become our candidate, the Emigration Rules require us to keep recruitment records.

You can withdraw your consent, or ask to see, correct or delete your details, at any time at [email protected] or on our privacy page. Questions or complaints: [email protected].
