Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: June 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Meridian Migration Consultancy ("Meridian", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including visa consultation, eligibility assessments, and document review. By accessing our platform, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Scope of Services

Meridian provides immigration consultancy and advisory services. We assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications for various countries (including but not limited to the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand).

Crucial Disclaimer: Meridian is an advisory body. We do not grant visas. The final decision regarding any immigration application rests solely with the respective government authorities (e.g., UK Visas and Immigration, IRCC). We make no guarantees of a successful visa outcome.

3. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during your eligibility assessment and throughout the duration of your case. Meridian shall not be held liable for any visa rejection, delay, or penalty resulting from fraudulent, inaccurate, or incomplete information or forged documents provided by you.

4. Fees, Payments, and Stripe Integration

Our core value proposition is that a significant portion of our professional fees are paid after a successful visa outcome. However, any initial retainer fees, document processing fees, or third-party government application fees must be paid in advance as outlined in your specific Service Agreement.

All payments made through our client portal are processed securely via Stripe. By submitting a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and acknowledge that Meridian does not store your full credit card details.

5. Strict No-Refund Policy

Given the advisory nature of our services, any professional fees paid to Meridian for services already rendered (including profile assessment, document review, and case preparation) are strictly non-refundable.

In the event of a visa rejection by the government authority, Meridian is not liable to refund any professional fees, government fees, or associated costs, as our service obligation (preparation and advisory) was fulfilled.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, changes in immigration laws, government processing delays, or visa rejections.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our portal following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
