We take data security extremely seriously. All your personal data and uploaded documents (such as passports and financial statements) are stored securely using industry-leading infrastructure (Supabase), which provides enterprise-grade encryption both in transit and at rest. Access to your case files is strictly limited to your assigned Meridian advisor and authorized administrative staff.

4. Payment Information

When you make a payment for our services, the transaction is processed securely through Stripe. Meridian does not directly collect, store, or have access to your full credit card details. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by their own stringent Privacy Policy.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We will only share your data with third parties in the following circumstances:

  • Government Authorities: We submit your data to relevant immigration bodies (e.g., IRCC, UKVI) strictly for the purpose of processing your visa application, with your explicit consent.
  • Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services (like Stripe for payments and PostHog for analytics) who are bound by strict data protection agreements.
  • Legal Obligations: If required by law, court order, or government regulation.
